Mustafa has over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management, Strategic and Operational HR, and Organization Transformation gained in regional and global leadership roles with world-class Consumer Goods, Retail, and E-commerce companies (Mars, Starbucks, QVC, Majid Al Futtaim). Sabine is the Co-founder & Director of TransformHCM, an HR consulting practice focused on elevating Human Capital Management effectiveness and impact.

Sabine has over 12 years of experience in designing and improving HR processes from recruiting to organizational development. Sabine worked in different stations in Europe with start-ups and medium-sized companies after she finished her Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management in Germany, South Korea, and China. She later added two Master of Science degrees - one in Human Resource Management and one in Business Coaching and Change Management.

She is a certified Master NLP Practitioner, certified Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner, and a certified Life Coach.
